What are my shipping options? All orders are shipped VIA Fed Ex GroundHow can I check the status of my order? To check the status of your order you should email Lexi at [email protected] and she will get back to you as soon as possible. What can I do to help my order along? If you are wanting to optimize your turnaround time, follow these simple steps: Start your orders by correctly filling out your paperwork (location, colors of garments, ink colors, garment type, numbers, names, etc.), knowing exactly what we need to do saves us the time trying to figure it out on our own. Attaching vector art of what you are wanting and being prompt to approve the order will also significantly cut the time we have to wait in the design stage before printing or embroidering your garments. Of course none of this matters if the garments aren't here. Make sure garments are ordered well in advance, nothing holds up orders more than them not being in the building. Your order turnaround time will begin once we have all of the following. 1. Your written order accurately shows the location, ink colors, numbers (and number lists), as well as any applicable art work 2. Art work is completed and approved 3. All goods are received per order instructions or we are given permission to back-order and decorate what we have. |
