OUR SERVICE POLICY
Production time requires 5-7 business days (up to 14 days in peak seasons) from “make ready”.
“Make Ready” is:
1. Written order accurately completed and submitted, including applicable art file numbers, location, ink colors, and number lists.
2. The completion and approval of all art work.
3. All goods received per order instructions, or instructions to decorate and back-order.
Scheduling/ Re-scheduling Orders
Orders received will be placed on the schedule to try and accommodate your request date.
Not opening the “Make Ready” window:
When merchandise is not received for whatever reason, 5-7 days before the due date, the order will move backwards down the production schedule to allow the LAG (Late Arriving Goods) order time to be completed without addition “Rush” charges.
Late Arriving Goods (LAG) /Rush Fee:
From time to time it may be necessary to expedite an order. This may vary in reason, due to back orders or mis-shipments from the manufacturer, to customers just getting it ordered to late. While it is always our desire to get your decorated garments to your customer when they want and need them, here are the guidelines in which they will be be handled.
LAG or Rush jobs are done at the request (in writing) of the sales person. They DO NOT happen automatically. They are also subject to approval by SDG. We will always try to accommodate the request but sometimes it just isn't physically possible. (Example: 100 football jerseys/same day)
All artwork prepared for your order by SDG staff artists, will remain the property of Sport Designs and Graphics, Inc. SDG will stored and maintain electronic and physical files for our sole use in executing your orders, currently and in the future. Upon approval by management, any transfer of of creative work and/or files will be subject to reasonable charges by Sport Designs and Graphics, Inc.

What can I do to help my order along?
If you are wanting to optimize your turnaround time, follow these simple steps:
Start your orders by correctly filling out your paperwork (location, colors of garments, ink colors, garment type, numbers, names, etc.), knowing exactly what we need to do saves us the time trying to figure it out on our own. Attaching vector art of what you are wanting and being prompt to approve the order will also significantly cut the time we have to wait in the design stage before printing or embroidering your garments. Of course none of this matters if the garments aren't here. Make sure garments are ordered well in advance, nothing holds up orders more than them not being in the building.
Your order turnaround time will begin once we have all of the following.
1. Your written order accurately shows the location, ink colors, numbers (and number lists), as well as any applicable art work
2. Art work is completed and approved
3. All goods are received per order instructions or we are given permission to back-order and decorate what we have.
